Product Description
The Qorvo QPF4257 is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The compact form factor and integrated matching minimize the layout area in the application.
Performance focuses on optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage to save power while maintaining linear output power and leading throughput. Integrated chip-level second and third harmonic filtering and 5 GHz suppression for DBDC operation. A coupler with RF output and a wide-range, constant-slope voltage logarithmic power detector are used for application feedback.
The QPF4257 integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), single-pole double-throw switch (SP2T) and bypass low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
